Wait, what!? Yes, you did hear me right. This is an area where so many of us get confused. I get emailed often with people asking me how to get rid of their Candida and when will they be fully cured. Our digestive system needs small amounts of Candida so it can function properly. That’s why our bodies tolerate it being there. You simply need to do everything possible to keep it balanced and regulated on a daily basis. Because, you see, that’s the core problem—Candida Overgrowth.
It’s the overgrowth that has enabled this once tolerable little yeast to expand throughout your intestinal tract and almost your entire body once it proliferates your gut lining and breaks into your bloodstream (leaky gut sound familiar?). Like swelling foam, it suffocates your healthy cells and embeds itself within.
That’s the point where it’s no longer just a yeast anymore—it’s morphed into a fungus that’s eating away at everything it touches.
And that’s exactly where countless thousands of health issues are rooted. To make matters worse, it oftentimes goes undetected in your body because it can camouflage itself as your cell, not the nasty yeast-turned-fungus that it truly is. And like I said, it’s devouring everything in its path because its sole job is to help return your body to the ground.
After your immune system has exhausted itself trying to fight off the Candida Fungus Invader, it backs down and will eventually give up completely. Not without side effects though—a lot of them super nasty.

You’re Not Alone…
I used to be the girl who’d started to believe that yo-yo dieting and constantly feeling like crap was going to be my life. I was having frequent panic attacks, anxiety was through the roof, constant bladder and yeast infections, acne and eczema breakouts all over my skin, and I was sick all the time. To add insult to injury, no matter what I did I could NOT lose weight and keep it off.
All of this was what prompted me to go on my own self-healing, self-discovering journey. I absolutely could not live my life like that anymore. What causes Candida Yeast to grow into a Fungus?
The causes of Candida Overgrowth and Leaky Gut Syndrome are not the same for everyone. Some people have it due to a combination of reasons.
